To ensure you make the most of your wedding expo adventure, it’s important to keep a few key tips in mind. The below list will help you to navigate the event, connect with the right vendors, and enjoy the experience to the fullest!

📍 Getting Here : Be sure you have the expo venue address handy

🎫 Ticket: You can use the Eventbrite mobile ticket or print your ticket from Eventbrite. We will also have your name at the door. Your ticket is a VIP pass for both partners and all your guests. Browse with vendors within the listed event hours and feel free to pop in and out as you wish.

Comfort First : 👟 Expect lots of excitement and walking. Choose shoes that are both stylish + comfy – your feet will thank you as you explore!
Homework : 📋 Before the show, preview our list of exhibiting vendors ( click on “Who You’ll See” from the site menu above ) – think florists , photographers , caterers , and more! Prioritize this list to visit all your favorites. Check out their websites + follow them on social media.
Take Photos : 📷 create a visual diary of vendors or ideas you like the day of the expo.
Calendar :📆 Bring your calendar. Come prepared to book appointments + possibly services. Many vendors will offer a special discounts + expo specials.
Communication : 📨 Make a separate email account for your wedding plans. That way you can keep all your communication in one place.
Labels : 🔖 Bring self addressed labels to make filling out contact forms quick and easy ( couples name, address, phone, email and wedding date .)
